I recently read this great blog post about the  25 Things Successful Educators Do Differently

As I read through the 25 Things they listed it struck me how many were essential qualities for teaching ESL to young learners.

    I really enjoyed your post. The link provided me with so many important teaching factors. I am in the process of becoming an ESL teacher and I thought that the most important factors in ESL teaching were the objectives, sense of purpose, positive and humorous attitude, consistency, reflection, parental communication and show of emotional support to students. These factors, as well as the need for a mentor for guidance are what I hold as very important in the shaping of a teacher, experienced or not. Thank you so much for your input and I really enjoy your blog in general. Take care!
